Removal of outdated wall coverings, including an entire mirrored wall, required skim coating of all walls for a designer paint job. Relocation and rewiring of electrical and CATV, new base moulding, new doors, custom cabinetry in bathroom and custom air conditioning/radiator covers were all fabricated to update this apartment to a contemporary, cohesive style.
