Scott and Jenny Gillow envisioned a company that delivers a more personalized form of remodeling while offering as many choices as possible. Scott graduated with a BFA in Sculpture from SUNY Purchase. His artistic background is a strong force in all his work.
Adding Site Manager James Flugger from green architecture firm, Prospect Architecture, to their talented roster of carpenters and crew, Scott and Jenny have become the go-to contracting company for luxury condos, photo studios, special effects companies, and sprawling pre-war apartments. Gilloco reliably strives to create “dream spaces” from the proposal stage through to the final product.

Scott Gillow has been working in the building trades since 1991. After a brief detour working in telecom and wireless communications, by 2001 Scott returned to construction. With a BFA in Sculpture from SUNY Purchase, the artistic background is a strong force applied to all his work merging the mechanical, structural and aesthetics in the best ways possible.

Jenny’s interest in home improvement came after a lifelong interest in dance and fitness. She worked as a group and private Fitness Instructor before learning the ropes of the construction industry. Along with the physicality, the implementation from start to finish became her passion. Having a concrete product derived from drawings and material selections was the start of a wonderful relationship!
